Fitness through the trimesters

From your first trimester all the way to your birth.

Your program and coach will educate and guide you through mum safe exercise. You will gain strength and endurance for your current stage of pregnancy and will build up in preparation for the real life you will live once your baby arrives.

Your specialised training will help reduce body aches and pains as your physical body constantly changes to make room for baby.

You will gain and retain optimal pelvic floor function throughout your pregnancy, helping to reduce back pain and benefiting the stages of your labour as well as preparing you for the first 6 weeks of your postnatal recovery to alleviate incontinence and discomfort during sex.
