What is Elevated You Fitness?

Elevated You Fitness is an 1-on-1 online fitness coaching service, designed just for mums, focusing on safe, effective, and evidence-based methods to help you rebuild strength and confidence. Our personalised approach helps you reconnect with your body and rediscover the joy of movement.

Who is the program for?

Our program is designed for mums at any stage of their pregnancy or postpartum journey, whether you’re just weeks postpartum or a few years down the track. Many of our clients are mums who’ve struggled with leaks, a lack of core strength, or simply feeling “off” after pregnancy. If you're ready to feel stronger, more confident, and eager to enjoy activities without worry, this coaching style is for you.

What is the structure of the program?

The program follows our signature three pillar method:

  • Reconnect: Reestablish a foundation of core stability and pelvic floor health.

  • Regain: Build on that foundation with exercises that restore strength and endurance.

  • Rebuild: Empower you to enjoy a balanced, active lifestyle that supports your physical and emotional well-being.

Can I join if I have no prior fitness experience?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some fitness experience, our coaching adapts to your current level - we meet you where you are. We’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring a safe and effective path to achieving your goals.

What if I have specific concerns or injuries?

This is our specialty! We are the experts in addressing pregnancy & postpartum conditions such as ab separation, incontinence, and lower back, hip and neck pain. Talisa will assess your individual needs and tailor your program to ensure your exercises are safe, effective, and supportive of your recovery and your goals.

Will this be a quick fix?

Like all good things, real results take time. Think about the incredible changes your body went through to carry and deliver your baby; true rehabilitation is no different. There’s no “quick fix” when it comes to rebuilding strength after pregnancy.

While you’ll start to see and feel changes within a few weeks, our approach is rooted in proven, evidence-based methods to build strength from the inside out. This ensures long-term results and steady progress, helping you avoid reinjury and prevent new symptoms as you move forward in your training.

What makes Elevated You Fitness different?

Unlike other online programs, Elevated You Fitness offers a true 1-on-1 experience, giving you the personalised support you’d expect from an in-person Personal Trainer—without needing to leave the house or arrange childcare. Each session is uniquely tailored to address the specific needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. We focus on key areas such as diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor health, and building overall functional strength. Our exclusive 3-phase method—Reconnect, Regain, Rebuild—guides you through a complete recovery journey that’s fully aligned with the physical and lifestyle demands of motherhood.

What kind of results can I expect?

How is the coaching delivered?

Our coaching is entirely online, so you can join from the comfort of your home. Through live video calls and a supportive online platform and app, you’ll receive personalised workouts, regular check-ins, and tailored support from Talisa, our Head Coach & Founder.

How much time do I need to dedicate each week?

Our program is designed to fit seamlessly into a busy mum’s schedule! Workouts can be completed in 15-minute blocks, up to 3 times a day, allowing flexibility around your daily routine. Typically, we recommend around 30–45 minutes, 2–3 days per week, but we’ll work together to find a routine that suits you best.

Here’s the best part—everything you learn in our sessions transfers directly into your day-to-day activities, from lifting your children and pushing prams to playing at the park, tidying up, and even doing laundry. It’s not about finding extra time; it’s about incorporating training into the time and tasks you already have. That’s our secret sauce!

How soon after giving birth can I start?

We offer a 6-8 week pelvic floor rehab program that you can start as early as day 2-3 after giving birth. This gentle program is your first step back into movement and is the only exercise you should focus on until you receive clearance from your OB, midwife, or GP at your postpartum check-up—6 weeks for vaginal births and 8 weeks for C-sections.

Once you have clearance, we’ll use this valuable guidance from your medical team to craft an individualised fitness plan that’s right for you. It’s important to remember that this clearance is a green light for rehabilitation, not an immediate return to pre-pregnancy workouts. We’ll work with you every step of the way, rebuilding strength from the inside out, so you can return to the activities you love with confidence and resilience.
